MUN is a conference that high school students have been attending for over 50 years and its aim is to enable young generations to take a closer interest in world problems and to produce contemporary solutions.
Our high school students at Beylikdüzü Campus in MUNCL, which was organized between March 8-10, became participants of the “GA4 Special Political and Decolonization” Committee and the General Assembly. Commitees shared their views and suggestions for a solution in their work on the events about The yellow vests in France and the future of the peace keeping.
Our participant students and the countries they represent are;
Zeynep Tay |Ambassador of Australia
Esin Eraslan | Ambassador of Venezuela
Berra Ertürk |Ambassador of Belgium
Natali Bakestani| Ambassador of Russian Federation
Zuhal Bitiş | Delegate of Germany
Our students who attended the MUN conference for the first time successfully represented the countries to which they were affiliated. The resolutions adopted by the United Nations in accordance with its directives passed the committee's vote successfully, and were adopted by majority vote at the General Assembly.
Our student Zuhal Bitiş is entitled to become “Outstanding Delegate” with her successful performance in the General Assembly. In order to become an Outstanding delegate, students must have a lot of features such as participatory, solution-oriented, and guiding.
