MBA SCHOOLS ACADEMIC YEAR 2019 – 2020 TRAINING SEMINARS 18-20 NOVEMBER 2019
The second round of the training seminars of the Academic Year 2019 – 2020 was held on 18, 19 and 20 November 2019.
All academic and non-academic staff of three campuses attended the seminars that started on Wednesday, 18 November and continued for three days.
Hosted by Fenerbahçe University, the seminar program started with the opening speeches of MEDICANA Education Group CEO Okan Dilik and Fenerbahçe University Rector Prof. Mehmet Emin Arat. Dr. Elif Başak Sarıoğlu from Fenerbahçe University Faculty of Communication gave information about Fenerbahçe University to academic and administrative staff.
All academic and non-academic staff of MBA Schools and Fenerbahçe University attended the presentation delivered by MEDICANA Healthcare Group Lawyer Selçuk Kumaşbay.
The seminar program continued at our Fenerbahçe University and Istanbul Çamlıca campuses and academic and administrative staff attended the trainings delivered by Prof. Remzi Kıncal from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University on “Developing Critical Thinking Skills” and by Instructor Ayşegül İşlekeller “Curriculum Enrichment”.
The seminars on “Organizational Climate, Management Development Processes, Quality Management System Activities” that continued throughout the day were organized in the form of workshops in which campus principals shared their knowledge and experiences.
All academic staff attended the trainings delivered by Guidance Counsellor Murat Türetken on “Teamwork and Cooperation between Teams”, “Adding a Meaning to Games”, “Increasing Teaching Efficiency and Effective Classroom Management” and Senior Psychologist Yegan Sasık Özcan on “Effective Communication with Adolescents and Risk Management”.
Some of the other trainings include Being a Team in the Sales Process, Target Based Sales Process Management, Filtering, Mentor Leadership, Performance Assessment and Giving Effective Feedback, Occupational Safety – Earthquake and First Aid.
We believe that this intense series of seminars have been very fruitful for all staff. We would like to thank all trainers and teammates for their contribution to our professional and personal development.
