CIP – Community Involvement Program


Via CIP projects they prepare, MBA schools students gain permanent behaviors while serving the community.

We implement Community Involvement Programs – CIP under the umbrella of The Values Academy in order to educate our students with the understanding of educating the whole of the individuals.

With values education, we guide our students to grow up as good citizens who are adapted to the environment they live in, see life positively, fulfill their duties in changing social conditions and have a healthy personality.

Based on good human-raising understanding, students are involved in projects that will contribute to influencing, identifying and shaping the attitudes and behaviors of people with the values we have.

Within the scope of the project, themes such as the ability to respect oneself and others, to encourage cooperation and resolve conflicts, to appreciate diversity, to practice universal awareness, to ensure the acceptance of universal values necessary for children and to develop children's potential, love of nature, philanthropy and so on.

What's CIP?

CIP aims to develop cooperation, solidarity, effective communication and self-evaluation skills during practice and to provide students with a theoretical and practical awareness of social responsibility.

Students of this course;

  • Are sensitive to local and universal problems/generate solutions.
  • Actively participate in solving local and universal problems.
  • Creates new projects against local and universal problems.
  • Actively participate/ cooperate in new projects against local and universal problems.
  • Communicate effectively both within and outside the project while carrying out projects.
  • Participate in scientific activities such as panel, conference, congress, symposium as audience, speakers or organizers.
  • Develop self-assessment skills 
  • Use creative thinking skills in all these activities.

How to run the CIP program?

Ease of admission to international universities

The first stage of the program includes students studying in Anatolian and Science High Schools. The next stage of the program, which will also provide advantages for our high school students and for their overseas university admission, is designed to cover all levels of our schools from kindergarten to high school. Our aim is for our students to be involved in studies from early ages and by age groups. In the program, which will be diversified according to age and interests, students continue their life awareness gains by undertaking active roles throughout their school life.

Students who decide to live with disabled people, support the elderly, respect for the environment, solve health problems, protection of living things and similar issues according to their interests to work with appropriate NGOs. Each student who is actively involved in the project carries out the project according to their interests and present it to the project manager – guidance and Psychology Counseling Unit. After receiving approval, they apply and certify their own production project.

75 Hours of community service during high school education

Students take courses in order to determine the project and determine the needs of the project. A high school student must certify that they have implemented at least 15 hours a year. A student has to spend a total of 75 hours in high school education. The study is planned to provide the student's contribution to the missing part of the field. The projects of the students who fulfill their work obligation, document their work and make portfolio presentations are evaluated together with the school and NGO.

Students develop their projects in cooperation

Students receive certificates in exchange for their active work and are certified by the service hours in their portfolios. The School Senate is also under the supervision of the school council of the project of community service by selecting a CIP President.
